Field verification
Our operations team visits, checks boundaries and water availability, and marks the parcel verified in the app.

Soil test
NPK, pH and organic-carbon results are uploaded against the parcel so the crop plan matches the soil.

Agreement signed
A fixed-term cultivation agreement with your chosen model: fixed lease, revenue share or a hybrid. Ownership stays yours.

Crop cycle runs
Planting to harvest is split into stages with task checklists. Kudumbashree units do the field work with photo proof.

Harvest and sale
